What Is the ADOS-2?
The ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition) is one of the most trusted tools for assessing autism.
Your evaluation is led by a trained provider and includes structured conversation and interactive activities—not a written test. This allows us to observe communication, behavior, and social interaction in real time for accurate, evidence-based insights.

This service is designed for adults who:
- Are 18 years or older
- Are able to communicate verbally
- Want clear answers about possible autism
- Are seeking diagnosis only (not treatment during this visit)
What to Expect
1. Schedule & Deposit
Book your appointment with a $250 deposit. The remaining $750 is due at your visit.
2. Complete Pre-Work
Fill out intake forms (optionally with a family member) at least 24 hours before your appointment.
3. Evaluation Session (50–60 min)
Meet one-on-one with your provider for structured activities and conversation.
4. Scoring & Review
Your provider scores your results using standardized protocols.
5. Follow-Up Appointment
A 30-minute follow-up is included to review your results, answer questions, and discuss next steps.
Important Policies
- Pre-work must be submitted 24 hours before your appointment
- No phones or additional people allowed during testing
- Missed appointments may result in loss of deposit
- Appointments are scheduled at least 10 days in advance
After Your Results
Your follow-up visit will help you understand your results and next steps. If needed, you can schedule a separate psychiatric evaluation to explore treatment options or additional support.
If documentation is required for disability or accommodations, a $200 administrative fee may apply.
